- In 2005 while staying at London’s Baglioni Hotel, she refused to step out of her limo until the staff rolled out a red carpet complete with white candles to aid her entrance.

- When Carey was told she would need to fly coach to the location of her upcoming film Tennessee because of budgetary issues, she agreed and then bought every economy seat on her flight in order to travel alone.

- She will only consume soda through a stray which must be available every time she makes a personal appearance. The worst part? She demands that someone holds the drink while she sips!

- After her Jack Russell terrier became too big to fit in a first-class seat, Mariah insisted he either be chauffeur-driven in a Mercedes or flown by way of a private jet. Spoiled much?

- The songbird has refused to use public transportation for the past 15 years, “I hate the bus!” she screamed in a recent interview. “I’ve already been on the bus and I don’t need to go back on the bus.”

Can you believe! - Once she arrived 90 minutes late for the Capital Radio awards due to a broken fingernail. What a tragedy.
