Kollywood Actress Malavika, who became popular with the item number “Valameenu” has now opted out of the film “Indira Vizha”,which is directed by K.Rajeswar.

Although Malavika has not made the news public, insiders revealed that Malavika is not doing the film because she is pregnant. The actress, who is married to industrialist Sumesh Menon, was apprehensive about continuing with films at this point of time.

She had agreed to do an important role in “Indira Vizha”, which has Srikanth Playing the lead. Having beenpaid an advance, she was supposed to head for Malaysia for shooting her portion of the film, which commences on March 30. However, according to sources, the actress called up a member of the film unit and conveyed her inability to do the film and cited personal reasons for the same.The producers are now looking for an alternative to Malavika.
