A number of Kollywood personalities turned up for the engagement ceremony of director Bharathiraja’s daughter Janani Aishwarya with business man Raj Kumar at the Accord Metropolitan recently on March 27.. It was sort of reunion for the trio – Bharathi Raja, Ilayaraja and Vairamuthu - who in past have given huge hits together. Ilayaraja came with his entire family, wife Jeeva and his son Karthik raja, Yuvan Shankar Raja and daughter Bhavatharani. Some of the others present for the function were Sathyaraj with his wife, Bhagyaraj with his wife Poornima, Radhika, Ranjitha, Venkat prabhu, Parthiban, directors K.Balachander, K.S.Ravikumar with wife, Kayaar, Vijay’s wife Sangeetha and Politician Natarajan. Actor Manoj, son of Bharathi raja and his wife actress Nadhana played the perfect hosts.
