Go Nuts!!!
Nuts are rich sources of various vitamins and essential nutrients. Although this is the case one should eat them in moderation. Nuts are filled with proteins, minerals, iron, vitamins and various other essential minerals. Even if you were to not particularly like the taste of nuts, you can always mix them to be part of your daily meals or breakfast. You can for instance prepare dishes which are mixed with certain energy giving dry fruits. Similarly you can either have other types of nuts such as almonds or walnuts either raw or make them part of your cuisine.
