Fellow ticket-holders at Pier 33 in San Francisco received the shock of their lives Sunday afternoon when the Beckham family stepped onto a ferry departing for Alcatraz Island.

David and Victoria beckham escorted their children Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, seven, and Cruz, three, to the infamous prison for a tour that is sure to generate nightmares for years to come!

The last time we set eyes on Posh Spice she was decked out in baggy jeans, flats and an unbecoming black T-shirt. Well right before flying out to San Francisco - to meet up with Becks after the launch of his new Armani campaign - she must have seen the error of her ways as she was photographed at the penitentiary in 5 inch heels, and a blue mini dress.

Speaking of fashion, Vicky is working on unveiling a new dress line!

“It will be something completely different from what I’ve ever done,” The Daily Mail quoted her as saying. “I’m just putting it together at the moment, but they will be very upscale dresses and likely will start at around $1,200 retail. I’m going to be using very expensive fabrics and finishes, lots of embroideries.”
